Holland Annexation into the City of Placerville; Project No: 2017-02
Chuck Holland is requesting annexation of APN 325-160-37 (0.4 acres) into the City of Placerville in order to obtain services from the City for future commercial development. The parcel is located west of Placerville Drive, off Cebu Lane in the unincorporated area west of the City of Placerville.
