NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the El Dorado Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, on September 28, 2022 in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room in Building A, El Dorado County Government Center, located at 330 Fair Lane, Placerville, California 95667.

The public hearing scheduled for the September 28, 2022 meeting is as follows:
1. Public hearing to consider and adopt CEQA statutory exemption §15061(b)(3) for, and updates to, the spheres of influence for the following water and wastewater services agencies: Georgetown Divide Public Utility District, Grizzly Flats Community Services District, and South Tahoe Public Utility District (LAFCO Project No. 2021-02).

Meeting materials will be available five days before the meeting. Any person may submit oral or written comments. Staff will distribute written comments to the Commission if submitted 24 hours before the meeting.
